Is there a way I can get my managers to remember important functions?

Good management software won’t let employees forget or make mistakes. It prompts all the time in simple English, not computer speak, and doesn’t let you make mistakes or overlook something. Can your software help me manage my revenues?

What is the advantage of a web-based system?

In our opinion, a system that is entirely web based is not in your best interest. If the Internet goes down, your business goes down too and you have no control over it. NX.gen uses the web to allow owners and managers to access information from remote locations, but the files required to run each site stays at the site. You’re never at the mercy of outsiders.

We suspect one of our employees is pocketing cash. How can I find out who it is?

Every employee can be set up with an ID so you know who made any questionable transactions such as reversing a payment or accepting returned merchandise. We also have a new feature we call Sherlock because he keeps an eye on all transactions. Sherlock lets you know if there is something suspicious that you should be aware of.

How can I be sure I’m properly auctioning off tenant property to pay delinquent fees?

This dreaded step becomes easier with the right software. We not only print out all the correctly timed site-specific letters that are required by law, but also maintain a complete payment history, even after the tenants are gone. These records are your documentation of compliance.
