ScPay Tenant Insurance / Protection
We would like to introduce you to our new offering of Space Control Unit insurance and Tenant Protection, now available for your facility and streamlined for use within your Onsite application.
Provide comprehensive self storage insurance to your tenants and open up new revenue streams! You may already offer this to tenants but take a moment to find out what makes our in house provided insurance such a great value add, from great profit sharing models to new features within the Onsite application that are only available to our ScPay Risk Assurance customers!

Discounts / Revenue Management
We added flexibility and have lifted the maximum amount of consecutive discounts that can be applied to each space from 2 to unlimited. We have also updated the display to make it a bit clearer and easier to determine what discounts will be applied to each space and when.

Recurring Charges
Added options have been introduced to consider recurring charges that do not need to be prorated during the add/remove process, but only charged with the following/consecutive standard monthly rent. Different recurring charges need to behave differently depending on the use case, so this is an effort to add more flexibility in consideration of that. Please reach out to support so we can share with you how this can benefit you!
Email
You might have heard about or already been affected by new security updates being applied throughout the email industry to prevent spam, phishing attacks, or other malicious behavior. In the continuing effort to be good stewards of your digital footprint and help guarantee high deliverability of communications to your customers, we have added some new functionality to the sending of emails out of our system on your behalf. Whether you have your own domain for your email address or are using a free service such as Gmail or Yahoo, the method of how we do this will be changing. Nothing will change immediately; we will be reaching out to those with free email services first to discuss the new recommended set up and help you with a smooth transition into a more secure world! Feel free to reach out to our support team if you would like to look into this sooner.

You can find it in Onsite on the top ribbon, all the way to the right, beside the Help button.
